Interview
The Interview process is very simple, typical questions like what would you do if you have an angry client, etc.. If they like you then you'll be asked to come back for a shadowing session where you have to demonstrate your social skill and to see if you actually like the job.

Interview
Went in for an in person interview, the manager was nice. The hospital is in a pet smart so I thought the set up of it was a little weird but not the worst. I stayed for around 45 minutes after the interview. There was definitely some coworkers who didn't work well together. The lab was messy/unorganized. I emailed a week later to get an update about the postion and never heard back.
Phone interview, then in person interview. Phone was gauging general interest and seeing if I was someone they would like to show the office to. In-person had more technical questions and got to know me better.
