Bank Pekao SA interview questions

The first step was a call with the recruiter, just getting to know each other and the role. Then came a virtual interview with a senior developer. We talked code, walked through a coding challenge, and they asked about past projects. Finally, I met the team in a video call. It was relaxed, mostly about company culture and fit. Overall, it felt efficient and engaging.

HR representatives were not involved in the entire recruitment process, which is strange to say the least. In addition, the hiring manager was moving somewhere most of the time or had the camera turned off (yes, during the interview). The interview was more in the nature of an interrogation. Absolutely no feedback.
