It was a full on drilling of questions which is fine because you have to find the right person. But everything I went through indicated that they were right in hiring me and being set up to fail this is a true reflection of very poor management unfortunately

Applied online through their website. Then did a reasoning test which I found quite difficult, however I progressed to the Online interview. Although I was quite nervous i was given feedback that i performed quite well although I stumbled my words and didn't answer two of the questions. I was not able to continue the job process as I had other committments
