Phone Screen with recruiter followed by in person interview with HR BP and Chief of People and Culture. Phone interview was great, HR BP was progressive and easy to chat to. Chief of People and Culture was outdated and unhappy. Definite hierarchy vibes - old fashioned views on HR and Hybrid working/WFH visibility which left me thinking they didn't trust their employees.
