Interview
The hiring and interview process is an automated factory. The branch in WNY sends out bulk mails through 3 major job sites to different people with the same message. A bunch of people show up with resumes and take a personality test on the first round. One the second round there is a similar experience. At one point I enjoyed the thought of being an agent, but I was sold. Sigh.

Interview
There was a small group presentation lasting about 2 hours. I circled yes I would be interested in the job on form and handed it in. I got an interview the following week.

Interview
Responded to newspaper ad. Company made phone follow up and scheduled an interview. First interview covered background, company purpose, pay structure and bonuses for exceeding sales targets. Discussion of motivation and sales experience/aptitude. Friendly, informative, 30-45 minutes. Second interview provided confirmation of terms/conditions and an offer of employment was made.
