I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Cary, NC) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was a group process, more like a presentation than anything else. No one is really put on the spot. I felt more recruited than anything else. I was offered to become an agent, it was more of my choice to become one. I was hesitant because of the price of the licensing for life, health, and medical supplement. But, I already had a friend that was in insurance with a different company. So I asked her for advice on what to do, is it worth it kind of thing. She told me go for it! It's a lucrative business, you have to put in the effort. You make as much money for the amount of work you put in.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
