Interview
You go through an hour long 1st interview. Mainly talk about the business and what you'll be doing. Then if you like what you'll hear they will invite you back for an second interview. You'll have to do online practices for the state exam you'll have to take to get your licenses.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
