I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Waltham, MA)
Interview
It was actually not an interview. When I arrived at the office at the time scheduled, there were only me and another candidate. We were in a small conference room and was asked to fill out a form, which contains some very basic questions and the answers can absolutely be found in our resume. Then the manager came in and gave us a presentation about the company and the position, which took around 40 minutes. After the presentation we filled out another form containing more specific questions, and we were all set.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
