Interview
Was contacted based on an old resume posted on Monster.com. Came in for a group interview and was explained about the company and the position. Filled out paperwork and submitted it. Later was called for a one-on-one interview and was hired. They train you and pay for your lodging in nice hotels and my pay for meals. All gas and wear and tear on your vehicle is on you.

None were difficult and the process was very easy.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
