I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Tucson, AZ) in Dec 2012
Interview
Interview process begins with an approximately two hour long presentation detailing the company's history, goals, and training program. The explanation of the day-to-day requirements of the position were made very clear, and the presentation was followed by a one-on-one interview that was very helpful in answering questions I had following the presentation. I am currently waiting for a follow up appointment.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Interview
Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
