I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2019
Interview
Prospective employees were met with courtesy at the front office window. There we were given two forms to fill out that pertained to the job and to our personality and how we, and others, see us. The interviewer, insurance agent Michael Wernecke, was just as curtious when he gave each of us a pre-interview heads-up on what the job is all about and what to expect as an insurance agent with Bank's Life. The interview was very informative and gave the exact information I needed in order to make an informed decision about whether to continue on to the next level of the job interview, which was a PowerPoint presentation.
The interview was through zoom not very difficult. I applied online and I heard back in a few days. Have not heard much but explained the job role in detail
I interviewed at Bankers Life (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview

Beggining of hiring process is online through zoom in an informal group session, followed by in person at local office. The group session is mostly just information about the company and the position itself. Very straight forward.
