Interview
HR had me comeback to the office three times. First 2 parts were really overview of the company and the third part was to go over your resume. I felt as if they were giving me a job rather than interviewing me to see if I was a good fit.
Very informative group interview. The company seems to have a great open door policy. I'm interested in seeing the future holds with this company. The training bootcamp seem to be a bit over kill but I'm sure I could use all of the training that's offered.
They start with a group information session to learn about the company and a little bit about the position. Then they set up an actual interview where you can ask more questions.

Interview
First thing to do when I get there is write down if I know anyone else who wants the job and their contact info. Then in the actual interview, there were barely any questions about me. I was the one asking the interviewer questions. Didn't really find out much about the company or average day of work. All they did was tell me how rich I can become if I work hard enough. Hmmmmmm..... seems like a MLM.
