Interview
They will take anyone. A friend was working their as an agent. She got paid a bonus of a percentage of my first year commission if I took the job. After I was there two weeks, she apologized to me. I left and went to a reputable insurance company where I can genuinely help people.

No questions. I had experience in the industry so they hired me on the spot.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
