Interview
No higher education is needed which is why the company isn't run very well. Although the education is excellent the management promises many things and fails to deliver most if not all of it. I went into this business not expecting a hand out, but after working there I can honestly say that if you have any ambition stay away from them.

Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
