The interview process at banner was relaxed and personable. They started with a phone interview and progressed to a in person interview which was at one of the banner facilities.

Interview
Applied on-line, screened over the phone, and attended a panel interview. Personnel were friendly and made the situation very comfortable. Offered the position and A date to start the following day.

Situational and behavioral based questions. For example, "How would you handle a patient that is angry with you?", and medical scenarios.
