Dealing with some of the unprofessionalism has been quite frustrating. This was the second time after completing the face to face interview I was told that I would be having another interview with a Manager. I heard nothing and when you try to follow up with HR, they do not get back to you. During the interview, I was asked the basics and then a whole bunch of behavioral/situational questions including what does customer service mean to you and about professionalism which is sad when they do a horrible job displaying just that. I have all in all been left with a bitter taste of a company with such a high reputation.
