I applied online. I interviewed at Barber National Institute in May 2026
Interview
The recruiter scheduled a call, did not follow through. Sent an email asking about salary requirement instead. We eventually got on the phone later in the week. I don't recall being asked anything particularly groundbreaking. Did not hear anything for a month. I saw the job reposted, so I reached out to the recruiter. He sent a weird, grammatically incorrect email saying they sent an email (never happened), and moved forward with another candidate. I check my Spam folder like I check my Inbox. They need to get their recruitment process together.
I applied online. I interviewed at Barber National Institute (Lekki Peninsula) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was exited then. The interview process is about my behavior at work. I believe this is the best place to be and I'm grateful to be a Glassdoor member. Thank you
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Barber National Institute (Erie, PA)
Interview
The interview was very straightforward. I was asked to explain previous experience. When I was informed of the exact tasks I'd be performing, I got to walk around the school area and observe classrooms. Once I did that, I was able to spend a longer time in one room. I had a chance to interact with students and other employees to get a feel.
