Barfield interview questions

It was very straight forward and professional in my opinion. They get a feel for your knowledge in the specific area you applied for. So if you're good with mechanics, go for the mechanic technician position. If you're good with electronics and PCBs, go for the electronics technician position. Be confident and honest.

It was a group of three people asking me about my myself and work experience and what some of my favorite projects in college were. They asked about three strengths and two weaknesses as well as a challenge I had in the workplace and how I dealt with it.
