The interview process for this position consisted of multiple phone interviews with the hiring manager & design director, a short questionnaire during the application process and lots of "following up"

How do I go about approaching a design, do I have the ability to work with a team, take constructive criticism, etc.

Had a phone interview and was requested to do a test project. Spent the whole weekend on the project and submitted that Monday. Never heard anything back. Complete waste of my time and very disrespectful to the creative industry. Believe it or not, we like having time off too!

I thought this was an odd process. Mostly because I talked to so many people and then never heard back. They have a reputation for it which makes me suspect they don’t value their employees if they don’t care about their potential employees. But why waste everyone’s time?
