Walked in asked if I wanted the job. And that was it. There was not any questions about my work history or experience with infusion. It was very clear leadership had no idea what to hire for.

Interviewed by three people who asked me varies question. Questions were reasonable. Although I all plied for a driver position I was assessed according to my skills and offered a position that aligned more with my skill set
