Interview
the application process was straightforward and entirely online. After submitting my resume and answering some basic questions about my availability and experience, I received an invitation to schedule an interview within a week.
the interview was conducted in-person at the store. It was a one-on-one interview with the store manager, who was very friendly and approachable. The environment was relaxed, which helped ease any initial nervousness.
the interview covered a range of topics, including my previous experience in retail and customer service, my ability to handle busy environments, and how I would prioritize tasks in a dual cashier and barista role. They also asked about my familiarity with coffee preparation and how I would ensure a positive customer experience. Some behavioral questions were included, such as how I handle difficult customers or resolve conflicts.
