Only one guy, shop manager interviewed me. I did a lot of talking, he told me about the company, how big and fast it was growing. Told me there was a guy in the shop that builds engines without service manuals or torque specs because he is just that good at building engines. Scary. He said people ask why they're always hiring online or always have a sign outside. He explained because how fast they were growing but only had 10 mechanics in the shop for over 200 trucks. Split shifts one from 7-330 and another from 10 to 630. Ive been a mechanic for 8 years and they offered me 15 dollars an hour, honestly an insult. Don't waste your time when you could be making the same rate as a cashier at Aldi.
