The first interview was a Phone call followed by a video interview on google hangouts and the third interview was an in person interview . Each interview touched on specific questions to my experience, my goals and my specific knowledge of programs, duties, responsibilities and projects i've worked on.

What type of environment do you work best in? What are things you respond best and worst to in the workplace? Can you think of a time in which you were given a deadline or a challenging assignment you weren’t able to complete and what was that? What was the end result? How do you maintain organization in a fast paced environment? How do you manage yourself in a slow paced environment? Can you think of a time you went above and beyond for a client or patient? What was the outcome? Have you gone against company policy to do something for a client or patient in the past? What was the outcome and how did you get the the decision you made? Were any other stakeholders involved in this decision? What is your sequence of priority when you’re front facing with customer? What do you handle first and what is your thought process for making these decisions? Define great management to you and how you respond. What is the leadership style you prefer and what is the leadership style that does not resonate with you? How do you contribute to processes and improvement of the business? What would you need from us to feel that you’re set up for success in your role? Define what professionalism means to you and how you uphold this?

I had 2 phone interviews, one in office and one working interview. I was asked about my experience, what motivates me, my goals, interests etc . I was asked example questions as well

Interview
Met over zoom and then met in person. Pretty easy. Offered me a job but wanted me to start by the end of the week, kind of a red flag. Everyone was super nice and welcoming but read the bad glassdoor reviews. Even though it has a high rating many of the reviews are generic which made me feel as though they were planted. So I backed out. Not saying it would have been bad but I just had hesitations
