I applied online. I interviewed at Bartercard International
Interview
When you’re scaling quickly, moving at warp speed, and sitting on several hiring panels, interviewing can seem like a task you just need to get through. But it’s worth pausing to remember that the decision to hire someone is an expensive and far-reaching one. And since you’re forced to make it after spending (at most) a few hours together. The complete process at bartercard was great
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bartercard International (Gold Coast) in Sept 2020
Interview
Two interview process. The first interview was with HR and a Manager and the second interview was with the 2 Directors. Really good questions in the first interview and felt it was a back a forth interview with determining the correct fit. The second interview was quite confusing with questions being asked that I felt I was being tripped up on. After the 2nd interviews I was told to go away and do further research and determine if this was really the role for me.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bartercard International (Gold Coast) in May 2018
Interview
- Short and sweet, lasted about 30 minutes
- Mainly checking if you were a good fit for the company
- A few technical questions geared towards digital marketing and prospecting
- Very laid back and generally a positive interview experience
