Interesting company and mission, but the first hiring manager round with the Head of Engineering was disappointing. Felt heavily pre-judged within the first 5 minutes based on perceived personality fit rather than actual experience or technical ability. Overall, the process felt quite subjective and driven more by assumptions than by a balanced evaluation.
