Interview
You will be called for an in store interview where you meet with the hiring manager (s) for the position you applied for. If you are selected for hire you will be asked to agree to a background check, and a drug test before hiring date is given. Once you complete those requirements, then you first begin with a basic training program.
Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.
