The interview process was standard. The hiring managers seemed very positive. During the interview, I was asked a series of questions on how my skill set would benefit the company. At the end of the interview, they asked how much my current rate is and if I had any questions for them.
Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.

I went to the open house where I had to wait in line and be interviewed by a manager. A couple of weeks later panel interview with owner and two other managers
