      Application

I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Columbus, OH)

      Interview

I met with the HR team first and had a great conversation. I then moved along to few virtual interviews that had 2-3 team members in each meeting. The groups consisted of people that would be on my team; a combination of direct reports, cross-functional partners, and the person I would be reporting to. After that things stalled, they were in the middle of reorganizing. Four months later, they reached out to reignite the conversation, but I already found a new job.
