Very casual. Meet with the manager of the store and maybe a key holder. Ask a few questions about the policies (100% return guarantee, etc.). Ask you to sell them your favorite product and then your least favorite product. Really looking for good selling and people skills.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
