I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Grapevine, TX) in Sept 2011
Interview
I walked in my resume and they told me to come back within the hour and they would just put me in the interview group they had scheduled. But usually they call you and schedule it with you.
It's a group interview, usually consisting of 4 people other than the hiring manager. Most of the questions are situation questions... Ex "How would you respond to a woman complaining that we don't have her fragrance?"
It's an easy interview but they are looking to see if you are friendly and speak up when they ask a question. Don't just wait to be called on. I work in the stockroom a lot so i see most of the interviews. The people that won't speak up unless called on usually don't get hired. But on the opposite end, don't be overly aggressive. Don't cut off anybody else if they're speaking. Make sure the SMILE!!!! a lot!

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
