I printed an application from the website, brought it into the store, the hiring manager took it, asked if I had previous retail experience (I had worked at Ross for a little bit), told me to come back in four days (on a Tuesday for a group interview). Turns out she has told me later than the other girls, so I had a one on one interview with her on a bench outside the store. She asked me a couple regular questions like experience I had, she told me to give her an example of a time where I had to deal with a rude/mean guest and how I handled it (I've also worked at Disneyland so dealing with rude guests were a job in itself), she had me demonstrate that I could give a hand massage to test out the lotions and then she told me that I had the job and she just had to check my references. Called a couple days later and I was offered the position (yesterday) and I start tomorrow on Monday :)
