I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Greenville, SC) in May 2014
Interview
It was a nice short interview. The questions were more like talking about the company. I interviewed with two people - the assistant manager and the store manager. We talked about the importance of selling, conversion, and where they stand as a store. The interview was a lot more conversational than interrogation. But it was still about finding out what kind of person I was. Confidence and selling is very important

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
