The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Saint Charles, IL) in Apr 2008
Interview
It was a one on one interview that was held in the back stock-room/office of the store. I honestly thought it was the managers first interview because she did not really know what she was doing. I was asked to pick out my favorite lotion from the store before the interview started and then was asked to use the lotion to give a "demo" to the manager and pretend like I was actually selling the product. Easy interview overall.
