It was your basic interview process asked about your retail experience, your skills, your schedule, along with favorite product from the store itself. All in all, an easy interview process that as I was hired in that same week.

Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
