I found that the interview was not very intimidating. I was asked many situational questions such as, "what would you do given this scenario". Overall, not a bad experience and seems like management actually interested in conducting the interviews.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
