Group interview before the mall opened. everyone stood around the entrance to the store and raised their hand to answer questions. Could be improved by separate interviews of smaller groups, and answering questions in a rotation. Manager was extremely polite and questions were great. No call back and took multiple calls to get an answer of if someone was chosen yet. Only got the interview because i applied in person and spoke to the manager.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
