It was a group interview. The total number of people was 4-5 people max and doesn't take long, maybe about 30 minutes. We are all asked different questions and then ended the interview with discussions about experience in retail and availability.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
