The interview process was very smooth, and communication was extremely fluid. They phone interviews were formal, but not extremely tense. The walls were able to come down pretty quickly, and it was more of a conversation then an interview. The in person interview was also very smooth. My interview day was planned ahead of time, so I knew what was going on the entire time, and who I was going to meet with.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, and really wanted to understand me as a person, and why I was interviewing for the position.
After all was said and done, it was my professional experience that was my downfall. The caveat to this is a person can only gain experience, when given the opportunity.
