I interviewed at Bay Alarm in Anaheim/Ca. Waited around 30 minutes to meet with the manager. Their office had a lot of Game of Thrones attire and things in there which made me think I was walking into a medieval time. I met with Mike the manager there. Very challenging questions, didn’t seem very interested in about what I had to say. Asked me if I was married, had kids, what is the pay I was looking for.

1st contact is email to verify interest. 2nd is interview over phone about experience and desires with the company. Also interviewer shares history of company and their goals of growth within the company. 3rd is scheduled interview with location and time.
