Interview
Quick and efficient streamlined process. Initial phone screening with the talent acquisition manager. Then in person interview with the direct sales manager and branch manager. Standard interview questions were asked. Mostly customer serviced based questions and how one would overcome challenges were the point of focus throughout the interview. The whole interview took about a hour or so. Upon completion I was advised I would be in touch with the recruiter.

Interview
Multiple phone interviews. Very informative about commission pay structure and salary. Very informative on conditions for receiving a company vehicle. The interviewer did a great job answering all of my questions and gave me a really strong picture of what my day to day duties would look like.

What’s an example of somewhere you might look to sell to if it were your first day on the job?
Easy phone interview followed by an in person interview. They do have a policy of no visible tattoos and men must be clean shaven, so no beards no matter how neat (this is why I turned down an in person interview)
