The HR/talent acquisition is a joke at this company. They are the gatekeepers to get through but they constantly drop the ball. In phone interviews it is abundantly apparent they aren't even listening and have not even taken the time to do a periphery scan of a resume. One I spoke to in an advanced position wasn't even sure the position I was applying for fell under the jobs that they fill.
