I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bayer (London, England)
Interview
Interview took a long time. First after submission on the company job portal it took a couple of month for hr to set up a screen call. After that it was a presentation scheduled onsite. Meeting many possible program leaders and scientists. After that manager and hr came back with an offer. Overall it took 8 month from sending application to landing on site. Positive experience.
Three rounds of interviews: one online HR interview, one online interview with the team lead, and one in-person interview with the entire team. The in-person interview lasts an entire day and is an intensive assessment.
