Phone interview with HR before being presenting to the hiring managers then an in person interview with four team members for over an hour. From the time I applied to the time I interviewed was over two months.

I went in person to give a seminar on my previous research. They took me to lunch and I spent the afternoon meeting 3 groups of people asking behavioral questions
