They use Behavior Based Interview Questions and interview you in separate interviews and sessions with cross functional representation of senior interviewers. Sometimes you will meet with a potential peer as well.

4 rounds were there 1. First one with Recruiter which was a role understanding discussion for fitment 2. Technical 1 with One senior peer 3. Technical 2 with a senior leader 4. HR final discussion on softer aspects of leadership, conflict management, developing others etc
