I applied online. I interviewed at Baylor Genetics (Houston, TX)
Interview
I did a three round interview. I’m now waiting to hear back after the third interview. Each conversation was a short teams call. The first was with HR, the second was with department supervisor, and the third was with department director.

Question 1
Questions were primarily about different scenarios and past experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Baylor Genetics (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied to a job posting on the company's career website and I communicated with an HR representative from Baylor-Miraca by email and we arranged a time for me to come in for an in-person interview.
I spoke with six people sequentially and the overall interview lasted about 2.5 hours.
One part that was frustrating was that I felt an interviewer cast doubt that I would be able to stay at the job for an appreciable amount of time because the job involves routine work, and the interviewer would not accept my view that I tolerate routine work because I have performed routine work in many other settings. I got the feeling I wouldn't be a good fit personality-wise even though I think I could clearly carry out the job duties associated with the position, based on my past experience and education.
I was told that I would be contacted regarding the outcome of my interview, but I was never contacted.
