Initially, I spoke with a recruiter on the phone, and then I scheduled my interview. I then had a Zoom-type interview with the Nurse Manager and the Assistant Nurse Manager. I was offered a position at the end of the interview.

The hiring process moved extremely quickly, consisting of just two interviews: one with a recruiter and another with the hiring manager, making the overall experience efficient, straightforward, and easy to navigate from start to finish.

Very detailed, I met with multiple different managers, including clinicians. It was very organized and informative. Getting called back for an interview was a plus. Hoping to be able to join such a wonderful company and provide passionate care to individuals

Zoom Interview. 2 on 1 interview with Nurse Manager and a floor nurse. Very general questions, and they explained job expectations. I spoke a lot about my college experience and why I was interested in the job.
