Interview
Walked around the dept., then was taken to managers office where the manager and the charge nurse were waiting. They got straight to the questions. Then she walked me out didn't relay when or if she would call and was very matter of fact. Not friendly enough to make me feel comfortable.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
