Bayview Physicians Group interview questions

This 'interview' was bizarre. There wasn't a hiring manager for the imaging department, so I met with the ambulatory nurse manager. She handed me a clipboard with all the typical interview questions on it (Strengths, weaknesses, how do you handle stress, etc.) to fill out while she sat there in silence, checking her emails. Once that was finished, we spoke for a few minutes, and then she told me she would get those questions over to HR for them to review. The whole thing took maybe 15-20 minutes. I sent a follow-up email thanking them for their time, and they responded that I should hear back within 2 weeks. Never heard from them after that.

I met with the Director and Coding Manager. Both were very friendly and professional. They asked questions on my work history, education, training, and what I expect. They addressed all my questions .
