The interview process was well-structured and moved at a good pace. It typically included an initial screening call, followed by a few rounds of interviews focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit. The interviewers were professional and provided clear insights into the role and expectations. Overall, the process was smooth and transparent.

The interview process started with recording several video responses to pre-written questions, each limited to five minutes. It already felt a bit impersonal, but manageable. Next came the technical assignment and that’s where things got overwhelming. I was asked to build a fully functional app in just one week, including multiple screens, offline sync, dynamic filters, animations, tests, and proper documentation. It wasn’t a small challenge, it felt closer to delivering a real project. Balancing that with a full-time job meant late nights and little rests, but I pushed through and managed to submit everything on time. What came after was the most disappointing part: nothing. No confirmation that my submission was received, no feedback, no follow-up, just complete silence. It’s frustrating to invest that much time and effort and feel like it didn’t matter at all. This is just one of the companies who have 0 respect for the candidates, if you wanna waste your energy, effort and beeing ignored, go ahead :)
