The interview process started with recording several video responses to pre-written questions, each limited to five minutes. It already felt a bit impersonal, but manageable.
Next came the technical assignment and that’s where things got overwhelming. I was asked to build a fully functional app in just one week, including multiple screens, offline sync, dynamic filters, animations, tests, and proper documentation. It wasn’t a small challenge, it felt closer to delivering a real project.
Balancing that with a full-time job meant late nights and little rests, but I pushed through and managed to submit everything on time. What came after was the most disappointing part: nothing. No confirmation that my submission was received, no feedback, no follow-up, just complete silence.
It’s frustrating to invest that much time and effort and feel like it didn’t matter at all. This is just one of the companies who have 0 respect for the candidates, if you wanna waste your energy, effort and beeing ignored, go ahead :)
