Was brought in to interview. Interviewed with three owners and the COO. They asked a basic programming question, and then asked a bunch about where I want to go, things I would like to program, and poked into some development for some games I did.

Interview
The interview took place in a conference room with the CEO, COO and several senior engineers. There were questions about experience and career goals with time allotted for the interviewers to answer questions as well. There was whiteboard coding with problems that were relevant to work at the company.
